Privacy policy

This notice explains how the personal data of visitors to progettomab.it is processed, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code).

What data we process
- Browsing data. The server hosting the site automatically records some technical information (for example IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type). It is needed for the operation and security of the site.
- Data you give us. If you call us, email us or contact us on WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, phone number, content of messages). The site has no data collection forms.
The site uses no analytics or profiling tools and does not set cookies (see the cookie policy).
Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your requests for information or quotes: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the site working and secure: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting, if a professional relationship begins (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Request data is kept for as long as needed to reply to you and, if a professional relationship starts, for the periods required by law. Browsing data is kept by the hosting provider for the period it sets for security and maintenance reasons.
Who it may be shared with
Data may be processed by providers that supply technical services to the controller, such as the hosting provider (Netlify, Inc., United States), the domain registrar and DNS provider (Shellrent S.r.l., Italy) and the email provider, appointed as processors where required. The updated list is available from the controller on request. Data is not disseminated.
Transfers outside the European Union
The hosting provider is based in the United States and some technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. For Netlify, Inc. the transfer relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision) and, should that cease to apply, on standard contractual clauses; for other providers it takes place only with the safeguards required by Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.
Links to external sites and services
The site contains links to Google Maps (to reach the studio), to WhatsApp (to write to us) and to the studio's profiles on Instagram, Facebook, Houzz and LinkedIn. None of these is embedded in the pages: data is exchanged with those services only if you choose to open a link, and in that case their own notices and cookies apply.
Your rights
You may ask the controller for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR). To exercise your rights write to info.progettomab@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

This notice may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
